Plan review is one of the most important functions in the construction process. Before we can do the inspection process we have to have an approved set of plans to give back to the contractor. This approved set is then kept on the construction site for all of the inspectors to access when performing their inspections. The approved set of plans lets them know our plan review staff has checked the plans for Code compliance and released it to the contractor with or without some construction notes. Our Plan Review Staff is made up of five individuals, three in building review and two in fire review.
