The Treasury Division of the Budget and Finance Department is responsible for all the billing and collections activities of the city.  In addition, the Treasury Division is responsible for paying all employees of the city, including all payroll and other related taxes, and for paying all General Government vendors and amounts due. The city pays exclusively by electronic funds transfers, and vendors are notified on all vendor packets and forms that payments will be made electronically. 

We have collections offices in two locations in the city:

The Thomas Center               506 NE 7th Ave.

City Hall                              200 E. University Ave., third floor
At each of these locations, citizens may pay any amounts due to the city, including Landlord License Fees, vehicle for hire fees and franchise fees, invoices, parking citations, business taxes and may purchase non-residential parking decals. All residential decals must be purchased online. In addition, parking citations and business taxes can be paid online.
